Residential:
We have recently built 9 houses (completed Sep 2022) in Rainham Kent, for Stanwell Homes Ltd, this was a brown field site which we took from an old agricultural nursery with poly tunnels and outbuildings to new homes for 9 families. This was an 18 month project with us breaking ground in February 2021.
We are equally adept at refurbing existing properties from full re-wire, re-plumb and decoration to new single and double storey extensions.
Having a property occupied during construction work is not an issue, where necessary we can plan, manage, and build in multiple phases where required.
Commercial (Shopfitting):
We have a lot of experience shopfitting for companies with multiple branded sites, especially within the F&B sector located in High Street/Shopping Centres, that are between 100-200 square meters, anywhere in the UK.
Specialising in high end restaurants and franchised QSR fit outs, we are ideally placed to help you to grow your brand, whilst keeping a tight control of costs and brand standards.
We offer a bespoke turnkey solution that is highly cost-effective & professional, giving you the confidence & freedom to concentrate on achieving the best possible start on a new site. We are experts at sourcing and recommending the most suitable, hardwearing and cost-effective materials to build store in, so your store will still look good in years to come.
We are very experienced in undertaking high pressure re-fits in trading shops, with meticulous planning and long hours to suite the site. Getting you up and trading again in the shortest possible time.
As a costing exercise we are happy to do a desktop quote of your most recently opened store for a no pressure direct cost comparison against completed works.
We would like the opportunity to work with you, I know we could save you money and just as importantly offer a hassle/stress free opening to your future stores. We are happy to quote minor works as and when required like a toilet overhaul, new ceilings in an area or new safety flooring (we have laid thousands of meters of Altro flooring) etc
Directors:
Peter and Gary have worked together since 1999, they have a combined 70 years of construction industry experience.
Site Management:
All our sites have permanent site managers from start to finish. This allows for consistency from start to finish.
Communication:
We arrange weekly meetings (remote or on site) to keep you in the loop and will have 2 points of contact for each project.
Security:
We employ as many of our guys on full time contracts as possible – giving them and us security. We supplement our team with subcontractors we know and trust.

We will always be honest in our communications and assessments. We are fully insured, and we will provide a clear payment schedule with timeframe, We are a fully registered company with a good trading history. If any potential issues occur, we will flag it up as it happen and work to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
Guarantee
We offer a guarantee on all our services and operate with full public liability and employer’s liability insurance coverage worth £5m and £10m respectively.
