Main contractor with responsibility for full shopfit from start to hand over.  This site was derelict and had been empty for a number of years.   Starting with major building works to address issues with the roof and the floors, then undertaking a large amount of structural alterations to create the desired internal layout before moving onto large shopfit of shop, including an unusual 3m long, 6m radius curved counter requiring curved glass sneeze screen.  The site also included a customer toilet and seating.
