West Malling: Full house renovation
Full-renovation of large 6 bedroom, 5 bathroom property. The property had been left empty for 2 years after the previous owner ran out of money attempting a renovation. The new owner engaged us to fully renovate the internal finishes including: (Landscaping is by the client.)
- Strip out of existing fixtures fitting, electrics, plumbing etc
- Full re-wire
- Full re-plumb including new wet underfloor heating to ground floor.
- New bathrooms suits.
- New tiling to bathrooms.
- New tiling to ground floor tiling.
- New kitchen.
- New ceilings where missing.
- Re-plaster walls and ceilings where necessary.
- New utility room.
- New solid oak staircase.
- New solid oak feature window.
- New flat roof covering.
- New balcony handrail detail.
- New balcony roof covering suitable for walking on.
- New 4m x 2m flat rooflight laten and associated structural works.
- New 1m x 18m flat roof canopy extension.
- New tile hanging to the front elevation of the building.
- All new doors and frames.
- Multiple complex structural repairs.
This project is ongoing stating in July 2023 due to finish in January 2024.
