Maincontractorfor 9new build houses, 4No. x 2 bed semi-detached, 4no. 3 x beddetached and 1No. x 5 bedroom + double garage on brown filed site previously occupied bygarden centre. This was a £2 million build, over 18 months. With full responsibility for allaspects of the build from site clearance to handover to the 9 new family owners
